Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

Welcome to Turing++™ (the “Service”), accessible at turingpp.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “System of Interest”) and Quotidian Engineering and Development Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the assignee and operator of US Patent 12,271,444.

By accessing our API, completing a dual-test demo, or integrating our classification scripts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.

1. Description of Service

Turing++™ provides a cloud-hosted, dual-test classification engine designed to analyze a System of Interest (SOI) and categorize it dynamically into one of three classifications: Human, AI, or Non-AI Software. The service operates by independently verifying:

  • Human Ability: Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges testing linguistic comprehension.
  • Software Ability: Computational precision and algorithmic speed challenges.

The platform issues downstream verification payload assertions, including cryptographic JSON Web Tokens (JWT) intended for downstream blockchain attestation and smart contract usage.

2. License Grant & Patent Notice

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Turing++ API and documentation strictly for identifying and classifying software clients or human users.

The underlying protocol, classification matrix, and dual-test classification architecture are protected under US Patent 12,271,444 (“System and Method to Indemnify Artificial Intelligence on a Blockchain”). You acknowledge that your license to use the Service does not grant you any ownership rights, title, or interest in our patent portfolio, trade secrets, source code, or proprietary algorithms.

3. Acceptable Use & API Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying scoring rules, behavior metadata analysis patterns, or decimal precision heuristics of our tests.
  • Circumvent, manipulate, or forge issued JWT tokens or attempt to mimic authentic blockchain attestations generated by the platform.
  • Flood the api/v1/challenge or api/v1/verify endpoints with malicious traffic intended to degrade performance for other nodes or clients.
  • Use behavioral metadata captured during testing for any malicious fingerprinting or unsanctioned tracking of human users.

4. Data Processing & Metadata Retention

By submitting requests to our API, you grant the Company a limited license to analyze behavioral metadata (including timing patterns, user-agent details, and input decimal precision). This telemetry data is retained securely by Quotidian Engineering and Development Corp. to improve model-level software identification systems and guarantee deterministic classification matrices. Ownership of your external application data remains entirely yours.

5. Smart Contract & Blockchain Indemnification Disclaimer

While Turing++™ provides automated classification tokens intended to enable downstream smart contract interactions, you explicitly acknowledge that:

  • Classification tokens are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  • The Company does not guarantee absolute, infallible classification accuracy against highly evolving adversarial AI attacks or customized software frameworks.
  • You assume full liability for any losses, smart contract exploits, financial discrepancies, or blockchain indemnification failures resulting from your downstream implementation of Turing++™ verification tokens.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data issues) arising from your use of the dual-test matrix. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, with exclusive jurisdiction in its state and federal courts.

8. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, with updates posted directly to the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
